Paccheri with sardines

Suggested pairing with Gjulia Beer East - Weizen

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 420 g. paccheri pasta
  • 12 sardines sous salt
  • Bread crumbs
  • Chopped parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Wash the sardines, remove the bones, viscera and head.
In a pan heat the oil, add the sardines and cook until they have melted, if necessary add a few tablespoons of water.
In a large pan, bring to boil the water and cook the paccheri pasta al dente, drain and cook them a few minutes with sardines, if necessary add a bit of water from the pasta.
Sprinkle the pasta with the bread crumbs and parsley.
Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil.
