Pale Ale with Ribolla Gialla grapes must

Top fermented pale beer with the addition of the must of Ribolla Gialla, a renowned Friulian grape variety.
Characterised by an intense golden-yellow colour, it offers scents of wild flowers and mineral notes to the nose. Fresh and sapid to the palate, this beer recalls it bond with the Ribolla Gialla. Perfect with appetisers, courses of fish or white meat, gourmet pizzas.
Beer brewed with own-produced malt. Secondarily fermented and aged in bottle, not filtered nor pasteurized, forms natural sediments.
