Italian Grape Ale

Produced following the Charmat method with slow aging “sur lies” for about 60 days.

10th anniversary

Pale, bright and fizzy beer inspired to an ancient German recipe, revisited in a modern way with the addition of Sauvignon grapes must.
This wonderful combination makes it fresh and floral with hints of elder flowers, peach and tomato leaf.

Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with delicate dishes, in particular fish dishes.

Best if served at 8-10° C.

SAN PETER

Distillato di birra

Obtained from the distillation of the Barley Wine beer, aged in oak barrels for 24 months.

Caramel-coloured, with notes of vanilla and caramelised fruit on the nose. It has a distinctive palate with a soft and pleasant aftertaste. A spirit for meditation, or to close a memorable evening (or a regrettable one).

This is also a perfect spirit for mixology.

Serve at room temperature in the classic cognac glass. In the summer, it is best served at cellar temperature, around 16-18°C.
