Obtained from the distillation of the Barley Wine beer, aged in oak barrels for 24 months.
Caramel-coloured, with notes of vanilla and caramelised fruit on the nose. It has a distinctive palate with a soft and pleasant aftertaste.
A spirit for meditation, or to close a memorable evening (or a regrettable one).

This is also a perfect spirit for mixology.

Serve at room temperature in the classic cognac glass.

In the summer, it is best served at cellar temperature, around 16-18°C.
