The tiny sediments found are the result of a natural and traditional process of secondary fermentation in bottle.
A special combination with Ribolla Gialla must provides this golden colour brew with floral aromas. Fresh and sapid on the palate.

Perfect with appetisers, fish, white meat or gourmet pizzas.

Best if served at 8-10°C.
