Top fermented craft beer, not filtered nor pasteurized.
The tiny sediments found are the result of a natural and traditional process of secondary fermentation in bottle.
A special combination with Picolit grapes must provides this intense golden colour with dried apricots and ripe fruits aromas.

A nice pairing for tasty foods, roasted pork or rabbit casserole, mature cheeses or pastries.

Best if served at 10-12°C.

Spring water from Mount Mia, own produced malt and hop, must from Picolit grapes, yeast.
