Obtained exclusively from barley malts, this beer is gluten free thanks to a special process that enables it complete extraction while keeping the taste of a true craft ale. Bright yellow colour with orange hues. Citrus aromas on the nose and a freshness and quench thirsting palate.

The tiny sediments found are the result of a natural and traditional process of secondary fermentation in bottle.
