Top fermented craft pale beer not filtered nor pasteurized with addition of Ribolla Gialla grapes must.
A characteristic intense golden yellow colour, wildflowers and mineral notes on the nose are its signature. On the palate, the freshness and salty sensation evoke the Ribolla Gialla grapes imprint.

Perfect with appetizers, fish, white meat or gourmet pizzas.

The tiny sediments found are the result of a natural and traditional process of secondary fermentation in bottle.

Best if served at 8-10° C.
